What full and part-time schedules are available?
Full-Time is between 7 am to 6 pm
Part-Time is 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
We offer 2, 3 and 5-day options.

What are the Center's hours?
We are open from 7am - 6pm Monday through Friday.

How do I add time?
If you need to request to add time or to notify us of days off, please fill out and submit the Schedule Request Add/Drop Form that is located at the front lobby. Drop-ins or add-ons are on a space available basis only and must be previously approved by management and the add-on costs will be expected to be paid immediately.

How do I schedule a vacation?
Every month we send out a schedule request.  Simply fill in the time and days when your child/children will be attending the center and we will schedule accordingly.

Aunt Joanie from Michigan is going to be picking up my son today, what do I need to do?
If Aunt Joanie is not on your child’s “authorization to pick up” page, we would need you (the parent) to add them to the list. If this is a one-time event, we would need a signed note stating who is picking up and when they will be there. Also, this note needs to be handed to a staff member by the parent in advance. We further ask that you give the parent handbook to anyone who is picking up your child, so they understand the rules that govern pick-ups and how we manage people at the New Dream.

Can my child bring a toy from home?
We encourage our families to leave all toys and games at home.  We do have special days when children can bring in prized possessions from home to show and share.  If your child has an item he/she likes to sleep with, we would have that special object stay with his/her sleeping items.

Immunization Percentages for the New Dream Family Center:
The Annex is 100% vaccinated and the Center is 98% vaccinated.
